• An egg box
  • Scissors
  • Paint (you will need green, red, purple, blue, orange and white – or mix them). We used acrylic paint as egg boxes can be absorbent
  • Paintbrushes
  • Paint pots
  • Googly eyes
  • PVA glue
  • Black permanent marker pen

  • Cut four of the egg holders from the egg box
  • Paint them green and leave to dry
  • Paint on the masks (in the colour of the turtles) and leave to dry
  • Paint the mouths white
  • Glue on the googly eyes
  • Draw on the teeth using the permanent marker pen
